Join us for a yoga immersion long weekend!
This is a precious opportunity to go deeper in your practice in a stunning setting that boasts both the ocean and desert landscapes. Kimberly Paul and I will be co-leading this adventure at Pachamama Mexico, a yoga retreat and boutique hotel in Todos Santos, that will include meditation, pranayama, and active and restorative asana. There will also be plenty of time to explore the beautiful beaches and charming town of Todos Santos, enjoy holistic spa treatments on site, sit by the pool, and just relax and take in all the surrounding natural beauty.
Luxury tepees designed and built with native Mexican culture in mind, their adobe and wood construction exterior is complemented by a sleek and modern interior complete with all the comfort and amenities to make your stay relaxing. Or choose to stay in a second floor villa with sweeping views of the ocean.
Easy nonstop flight to Cabo San Lucas where you will be picked up and delivered to our yoga oasis.
Located on the Tropic of Cancer, Todos Santos has a spiritual soul and an energy that breathes into those who stay awhile. A natural light illuminates the sea and shore. Artists flock to record it on canvas, film or through their words. With weather that blends sunny warm days with evenings cool with sea breezes anytime is the right time to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. Take some time to hike, bike, swim, surf, explore or just sit back and watch the whales pass by.
When you are ready to hit the town, Todos Santos is a true Baja gem and an alternative to the resort atmosphere of neighboring Cabo San Lucas and La Paz. Mexican tradition, artistry and culture come alive in the galleries, boutiques and eclectic range of restaurants and cafes. –-from Pachamama Mexico’s website

Veronica began practicing yoga in 2004 and has been teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2012. She has been offering classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Prenatal Yoga, and loves teaching strengthening and gentle practices. She is also a prenatal yoga teacher trainer and birth educator, who specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction. Veronica is ultimately concerned with the energetic effects of pranayama and asana and how to harness that energy to foster physical, emotional and mental well-being.
Four trainings and 20 plus years later, Kimberly continues to curate methods that provide rigor and discipline, without being so rooted in dogma that there is no room for exploration and growth. Having studied extensively with Anna Forest, Edward Clark and Kofi Busi, Kimberly’s teaching is premised on traditional methods but with the knowledge that this foundation sets the basis for one’s continued development. Understanding the complexities of asana as a way to simplify life and to appreciate the everyday are the tenets that underlie her philosophy.
